If he was so sure that floyd wasn't ready, then why not take the test, take the fight, win and take the money and stake your claim as one of the greatest?

I will add that I dont think really think either fighter is scared. I think they would both be willing to fight, its just that Arum doesnt want this fight for one reason or another and he's gna make sure he gets his way. If he changes his mind, and only then will we see this fight made

 

floyd never cancelled the fight. he asked for up to 14 days for random drug tests, manny wanted up to 24 days saying it'll make him weak if he goes any lower. apparantly pacquiao has now agreed to go up to 20 days for the clottey fight.
