alot of you people are afraid that pac vs, mayweather wont happen. you dont even have to worry about because it will go down because both men need eachother.

First off its the biggest money fight availalbe. mayweather and pacquiao are the two biggest cash cows in the sport. mayweather wont make more money then anyone but pacquiao and some goes for pacquiao.

Secondly, if will be the biggest fight of both their careers and will bring them the most glory.

Pacquiao has already made history and has established himself as an all-time great but mayweather would be his toughest test and if he can be the first mas to beat mayweather, he only enhances his legacy.

Mayweather has been a p4p fighter and has gone unbeaten for his entire career for years but he nows has a stigma of ducking hard fights. well, he can kill all that by fighting and defeating pacquiao, his p4p counterpart. if he beats pacquiao, then he can truly say "I was the best of my generation".

There too many reaasons for this fight too happen and deep down Both pac and pbf was Money and Glory. the winner of this fight gets both.

the fight will happen, anything less would be senseless

Mayweather would have to do more than to beat Pac to become the greatest of our generation. I do agree with the bulk of your post though. The fight is simply too big not to happen.

Agree with the thread. Mayweather practically came out of retirement for this fight. When he left he was the unanimously recognized P4P king and Pacman wasn't even a blip on the WW radar... Money thought he'd proven himself when he beat the undefeated Ricky Hatton...
Now Pac is ripping the P4P title off him and he suddenly comes back and fights an extremely suggestive tune-up with JMM... It almost felt as though he wanted vindication for Pac's much easier victory over Hatton.
