This is boxing, where, if you are too slick of a negotiator, everyone just assumes you are scared.

I think Floyd truly believes Pac is juicing. I don't know if Pac is juicing. If he is, 14 days will be plenty enough time for Pac to do a little juice and have it out of his system come fight night. It certainly isn't the best case scenario for a juicer, but it's something that could put him over the top. I hope the fight gets made and will be rooting for Pac, but 14 days is plenty of time for him to cheat if he is so inclined.

You see Negotiations don't just pick up where they left off after the field has changed. Pacquiao decided to tell Mayweather to **** off and went and fought Clottey, as was his right. Now he has to deal with the consequences of that decision as that choice and the aftermath with Mayweather fighting Mosley, have changed the field further into Mayweather's favor. It's America, you have the freedom to make decisions, but also to deal with the consequences of those decisions.

If Floyd wants to fight he'll take it. It's 14 days before the fight, and Pac has to take a drug test after the fight. If Mayweather cannot accept that (what he originally wanted) it's being unreasonable! Trust me it's not Mayweather hate either...
If any boxer turned that offer down (cuz of peds) I'd call them a coward. There's no way your going to have a chance to do PEDs if it was 2 weeks before the fight, and you get tested immediately after.

There are also testing after the fight, so he really cant take anything in those 14 days anyways.

Every time I start a thread to address this bull****, Pac fans scurry like roaches when the lights come on. Pac bitches won't deal with threads that pull Pac's ***** card, they create they're own bull**** threads where they can all jack each other off instead of dealing with the facts.

Pac is a scared ***** and so are his fans. Floyd pulled 14 days off the table when Pac ***** out of the last negotiation.

Take the tests, no bull**** cutoff. Stop fighting Floyd in the media like a bunch of bitches.

The ball is indeed in PBF's court. 14 day cut off with testing on fight night is adequate enough. Make the fight already.

Your'e full of ****. Of course you can take PEDs in a two week time frame. Even if they don't give you much strength, they improve recuperation and stamina.

Pacquiao needs to just take the tests, the FULL tests, plain and simple. The idea of random testing has him shook, its obvious, else they wouldn't be coming out like this in the media talking about a cutoff. Some people are such gullible sheep. If they do agree to a cutoff then so be it. You've got to be pretty ignorant as well to believe that 'scared' angle. That's bull****. You don't become a top p4p world champion by being puss. You reflect on 99% of these guys careers and its easy to find someone that this or that person was said to be 'ducking'.... it's all fan perception...not reality.

I really just want these guys to STFU... if this fight happens it happens. If not, boxing goes on. This is a gay and lame melodrama which fans are far too entrenched in.

I always thought Floyd would outbox Pacman and I still believe it. He might even stop him. Floyd would stuggled early and get his rhythm and outbox the smaller fighter. Floyd is quicker than anyone Pacman has ever fought.

****ing exactly. If it was good enough for mayweather 3 months ago, why isn't it now? Let's forget for a minute about the fact that in agreeing to the stipulation, Manny has already conceded to a rule which is nowhere written into NSAC guidelines, and was predicated against him exclusively -- Before Manny came into the picture, where was Mayweather trumpeting the cause for Olympic drug testing? Why didn't he demand it against Marquez, who jumped to the same general weight as Pac? When discussions of Shane Mosley negotiations came up back in September, did Floyd say, I will not fight Shane Mosley, a proven PED user, unless Olympic Style testing occurs? No, he said Shane Mosley wasn't a "pay-per-view attraction!" So why Manny and Manny exclusively?
Also, as if it couldn't be any clearer Floyd is ducking Manny, the guy now wants to renegotiate a better split on the purse. He's pulling a ***** move, plain and simple.
