Sources: Floyd Mayweather Jr. agrees to Manny Pacquiao fight - ESPN

    Quotes from the story:

"The proposed date is March 13, although there is a chance it could move to May 1."

"The bout would be contested at 147 pounds"

"The site for Pacquiao-Mayweather remains up in the air. There is interest from Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones to bring the fight to his new stadium. There is also interest from venues in Las Vegas, including the MGM Grand (which has hosted several Pacquiao and Mayweather fights), and the Superdome"

"If Pacquiao-Mayweather isn't finalized, Arum has talked about matching Pacquiao with junior middleweight titlist Yuri Foreman, which would give Pacquiao an opportunity to win a title in an eighth division."

"Schaefer has talked about bringing Mayweather to England to match him with Matthew Hatton in the event Pacquiao-Mayweather isn't made."

According to a report Pac-man will not fight Mayweather until after the elections in his home country. (Philstar) Reports also say Mayweather is signed sealed and ready to fight. (ESPN) According to the article Pac-man made the decision the "other night" that he will not fight in either March or May. Is Pac-Man stalling?

**** that. Pac's promoter and trainer are both on board for March. Pac needs to stop with this silly election nonsense and sign on the dotted line.

    Fail!

If Pac fights someone else in March then you can talk.

He is saying he isnt going to fight at all i think

..............but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. He should 'stop with this silly election nonsense' to please some idiotic man on a keyboard.

He could be helping people's Lives here( as a result) and we got dumbass boxing fans desperate for some fight to happen for their selfish needs.

Do i want to see Pac-may? YES. .....BUT Its is illogical and stupid to think it is more important than Pac trying to eventually become president of his country.

Besides March 13th seems too early to fight anyone after the injuries he suffered.

:rofl Get lost with that bull****. Pac is not going to be President of anything, let alone a goddamn country. Don't take this **** so personally. No need for the name calling. We are all trying to talk boxing here. If Pac wants to go into politics right now, then he should retire. If he doesn't want to retire, then he should take the fight now and run for office at a later date. He's only 30, it's not like he's pressed for time. And I don't want to hear **** about injuries. His own trainer said he was ready to go in March.
