40 mil and 50/50 will be about the same tbh. Floyd and Arum using semantics to duck the fight

I could care less. Oscar owns the highest payday for a fighter at $52,800,000. He was the promoter and the fighter, yet that was his payday.

You *******s all butthurt.:rofl:rofl LMFAO, your an idiot if you think Floyd didn't do $18,000,000 in profits off of $94,000,000. His Mosley fight did $78,000,000 in revenue and he took home $17,500,000 in profits off that.

These *******s....no wonder posters do not respect your opinion. It is extremely flawed.:rofl:rofl

i'm talking about the pacquiao-floyd fight. it would break all records and floyd is trying to give an offer that does not give pacquiao a single share of the PPV.
are you related to sdsfinest somewhat?

Floyd's offer, if it's real, is an offer expecting to be rejected. Those trying to support this is just scared for Floyd. Floyd doesn't want to fight Pac.. IT IS THAT OBVIOUS.

Because 50% of 100M for a fight is better than 60% of nothing. Don't believe me, do the math.

Nope...incorrect. Forbes is tallying total revenue for the period of May 1 2011-May 7 1 2012. (Note this is for the period of 5/1/2010-5/1/2011; just proving that Forbes takes all revenue into account, not just one source)

"As a result, Pacquiao has generally been considered a marketing featherweight. The boxer made about $25 million in the year ended May 1 from prize fights and endorsements, according to Forbes’ list of highest paid athletes worldwide – not bad, but that tied him for 24th overall, well below lesser names such as Formula 1 driver Fernando Alonso and motorcycle racer Valentino Rossi.

Now, Pacquiao, who has two homes in Los Angeles and trains for fights here, is getting more aggressive in parlaying his inring success into a more lucrative marketing profile. Top Rank, a promotion company founded by veteran promoter Bob Arum, has taken over his endorsement portfolio and aims to more than double the boxer’s endorsement earnings, which should total about $10 million this year."

So as of last year, his endorsements were bringing approx 5 million annually. The Nike deal was supposed to happen in July. You don't really want it to be that much anyway, as all it does is take away from Manny's fight night revenue.

and if mayweather loses the fight he still gets more???

Look the best deal was what was offered by pacquiao

winner gets 55 and loser gets 45.

you cant go wrong with that

Floyd is pricing himself out coz he's scared of Pac. Plain and simple. Anyone with a decent brain would know this.
