by the same reasoning, if we get Pac/Floyd first the interest in Pac/Hatton will be non-existant if Pac wins. But the interest will be just the same for Pac/Floyd if Pac beats Hatton first, so he should go after Hatton first.

i don't think a 60/40 split for pac is so unreasonable. he's the #1 p4p fighter of the sport and its biggest name/draw now after his win vs. dlh. i think hatton agreed on around a 70/30 split w/ mayweather for their fight. so, why not 60/40 for the fight w/ pac?

    :-(

What numbers did the Hatton - PBF fight do? How many of those were from the UK?

Pac/Diaz doing 250K is pretty **** poor to be honest.

Hatton took all UK PPV revenue as mitigation.

for the purse split, mayweather got around US$25M while hatton about US$10M. that's around 70/30. so, a 60/40 purse split for pac is not so unreasonable.

I dont agree that Pac/Hatton will have no interest if Pac beat Floyd because if Pac beat Floyd then he has eliminated the best possible guy so EVERYONE else Pac faces will likely be the underdog so all challengers will be in the same boat.... difference is, Hatton/Pac stylewise is guaranteed fireworks so hardcore & casual fans alike will eat this one up.

Dont get me wrong... if Pac beat Hatton then Pac/Floyd would be even bigger than before but to me thats playing with fire, Hatton has a real good chance of spoiling a Pac/Floyd fight & when was the last time we had the top 2 p4pers vs each other ?
We cant pass up this chance in the HOPE of Pac beating Hatton at Hatton`s best weight, lets get the top 2 guys in there ASAP before something spoils it.

50/50 for PAC/Mayweather is understandable...but 60/40 for PAC/Hatton is more than fair with everything considered. If Pac is willing to do 50/50 with Hatton then that is what it is but if PAC is asking for 60/40 he's done more than enough to deserve that! And Hatton should take that offer unless he's willing to let this opportunity pass....his legacy and Money is on the line. PAC has options that will fatten his pockets and be more of a legacy builder although it's a more dangerous route to take in Floyd Jr.

If Hatton took all the UK PPV given that the UK PPV did more or less have a 1m buy, and still have a total of US$10mil total, how much did Hatton actually earn from the UK market? Or is the $10m purse just his US share?

    Anyone?:think

this is only the guaranteed purse split and doesn't include their PPV earnings. their actual complete take from this fight was considerably higher.

Admittedly, the Pacman has more bargaining chips up his sleeve than Hatton on this one, but 60-40 is just too much IMHO. A compromise should be easy to reach that will be satisfactory to both camps.

55/45 may be the most Hatton can get if it comes down to it. PAC won't let 50/50 go from the looks of things. He has Floyd waiting in the wings and I know it's not really about money to Hatton...moreso the opportunity of a life time.

    Got it.

Did anyone happen to know their (PBF-Hatton) gross earnings/share here?
