i don't dispute that, you're taking what i said out of context. and it's well dovumented hatton wanted to get a name in the US before faicing floyd.

No...Arum isn't a fool...He's just greedy! And he's always going to side with "MONEY" over any fighter.

exactly, so if he thinks 50:50 is fair while negotiating for pac, then you can bet it is.

"Fair" for Arum b/c that is anther fight in the books where he can pocket millions, but not for PAC. I mean to me and you 50/50 is fair but viewing the fight from a full landscape PAC is deserving of the lions share without a doubt. Arum just is wanting 50/50 so negotiation don't break down causing him to loose money.

Ok, I really enjoy pacman, he is a big draw, but ummm correct me if im wrong, but isnt the hitman the light welter CHAMPION OF THE WORLD? If anything the hitman should get the 60/40 split. If pac was as confident as he says, he should know he is going to beat the hitman, and go on to another big payday to add to his already huge bank account. Suck it up pacman and take another 8-10 mil, although i know thats hard to deal with lol.

Ricky should insist on 50-50 or no fight.Pac-man doesn't agree let him go and find another fight.
Chase Floyd (Unlikely to win)Marquez(Third time lucky?)Margarito(Suicidal).
Pac-Man can't fight anyone at Junior welter'cos Hatton is the champ it proves **** all.

You are correct....but boxing works differently...DLH wasn't always the champion yet always recvd the lions share. It's about who brings more to the negotiating table. PAC is the "MAN" right now in boxing. There is no denying that. Hatton is a draw in his own right but Hatton sought after a fight with Manny due to his win over DLH and due to his current place among boxings very best.

True...Hatton is the 140 champion and PAC would be fighting for that belt....but PAC also faught JMM and Diaz in their division for their belts for the lions share for one reason...he was the draw. In this case PAC and Hatton are probably level as being the draw, but PAC holds more cards or cards that are of higher value in this sport which is why he would more than likely get the larger purse.

Floyd is a good fight and you're right, it's unlikely to win but I'm sure it will be a good contested fight where both fighters stock rises! And I'm sure numbers wise it will be very successful. JMM...anther fight, anther win and more money....Margarito, INSANE! But PAC could pull off the upset should his PRIDE be checked outside the ring. Not likely given the mental makeup of this kid but if he can stay cool, calm and composed for the entire fight there's little doubt that he can box circles around Marg for every min of every round. The big question is....will he be drawn into a brawl with Marg. I think he'll end up trying to go blow for blow with the bigger WW.

I think at the moment Pac is a slightly larger draw than hatton
Hatton talks a good game and is good in the promoting side of the fight

However, based on the last 3 performances of both fighters Pac has been phenomenal compared to Hatton who has had 1 good performance out of the last 3 (plus Pacs destruction of Oscar was a lot better than Hatton's shut out of Malignaggi)

Pacs the No.1 p4p and should get 60/40 but hatton gets the uk ppv or it should be split 55/45 in Pacs favour

I don't think he's scared and all. Floyd had always been about mo money, he was even quoted by the Grand Rapids press as saying to one of his aide to find the best money fight available, and that seem to point to Pacman at the moment. And with his recent troubles with the IRS, it wouldn't surprise me if Floyd-Pac materializes out of the rubbles of a Pac-Hatton collapse... There's equal, if not more money with PBF-Pac. Aand it's a fight that Floyd will find more winnable, less risky, with the most rewards resume-wise and financially. :good

Pac is probably having second thoughts about Hatton. Can't blame the guy. What if he loses? That is millions thrown out the window. Even if he did fight Mayweather after winning a rematch against Hatton it would have lost it's luster. Just like Floyd fighting Margarito/Williams. If he loses to one of them and Pac is still hot it's as appealing as it could have been. While Mayweather is more dangerous it could be the better and smarter career move. So what if he gets beat by Floyd? I Hatton fight would probably sell just as much as it would at this point. But it can't go both ways, if he get's beat by Hatton then a Pacman/Mayweather fight will never be what it could have.

Floyd's IRS troubles are exaggerated. I hope FMJ-MP is made. Boxing needs this fight while both are in their prime. Pac or Floyd will become a legend who ever wins. In the process AM can rematch Williams. Will AM rematch Williams? I highly doubt it!

Everybody would be pissed thoroughly if Pac-Hatton collapses. The only thing that could appease any fight fan if that happens is the more intriguing PBF v. Pac superfight. That would be like the mighty phoenix rising from the ashes of a failed Pac-Hitman match-up...

I would pay top dollar to see Pac-Floyd soonest above all else. :good
