    Spot on. I agree on this method right from day one, not like what Floyd's demand (OSDT style drug tests, but only during training camp? WTF!!!Pure DUCK!!!) And this should be implemented as standard by all boxing commissions. Sad to say, every boxing commission has its own rules. THIS is what you call CLEAN UP THE SPORT OF BOXING.
