He should part ways with Roach and get somebody like Naziim Richardson. Seriously, Roach has had FOUR fights to work Marquez out and he has failed on three of them. I say three because I thought Manny won the first fight. Roach has clearly showed his limits at this point.

Yes, he has done very well for the most part for him, especially against come forward fighters, but anyone that is too technical, he struggles.

    Agree/disagree?

**** a new trainer, that scumbag needs to retire and go back to his homeland where he can continue to work on his efforts in congress to ban birth control.

    Draw
    Win
    Got outboxed
Was on the way to outboxing then got KTFO

Whenever they fight from now on either could be on the edge of getting KTFO simply because Pacquiao needs to take risks to win rounds... evenly matched

    Change coaches? are you crazy?

NOPE he needs to become a full time boxer, look what being part time got him, a disgraced nation, and a highlight reel KO that will live on for ages.

There is no such thing as a full time boxer. It's not like being an accountant. I don't even know what that's supposed to mean. No boxer trains all the time.

Pac fights twice a year and has a full training camp each time, which is what pretty much every fighter at the very top does. Who cares what he does outside of training camp?

What's he going to do if he quits politics? He's not going to stay in training camp year round, and he's not going to fight every two months.

makes movies, tv shows, meeting presidents of other countries, traveling, congressman, ..... it means boxing is last on his list and it shows the last few years. he comes to camp when he wants, trains when he wants and has made a ton of money which softens everyone and makes them lazy.
being a full time boxers means putting boxing first.....and he hasnt done that in a while

Agreed, Pac's not a part time boxer. Floyd, who fights once a year, on the other hand......

Disagree with this. Manny fought an equally qualified opponent, was slightly ahead on all cards from what I've read, but got caught by a punch he didn't see coming. That happens to the best of them.

It is boxing, and boxers hit and get hit, end of story.

Exactly. And he has been part time for quite some time now. No shortcuts in boxing, even if you're Pacquiao.

there are full time boxers. Look at a lot of younger fighters who are always in the gym trying to develop and have nutritionist looking after them all the time

I dunno whether to laugh or cry lol.

That being said they keys to Victory Roy said JMM used and was succesful in doing so. At last justice was served last night. Freddie is in it for the paycheck - FACT - he certainly isn't doing it for free. What advice did Freddie give Manny during the rounds? No wonder Ariza was pissed about his lack of S&C implementation.

Now hopefully hardcore Pac fans will understand Pac doesn't do well with boxers who have in ring smarts and talent. A good fight for Pac to get his confidence back is Kell Brook assuming that he wins the IBF belt against Devon 'I look like Randel Bailey' Alexender.

Marquez winning gives him justice and caps his career of to an high but winning against Manny 4 times doesn't mean he has Manny's career.
