Man, Pacquiao hasn't refused anything all he said was he was OK with it as long as it isn't a close to fight night.

There's nothing simple about how the USADA conducts it's testing. You guys make it sound like they are taking one vile of blood from Floyd and Manny. USADA is notorious for taking several tests right before competition. One example is Asafa Powell during the Beijing Olympics. He claims he was extremely irritated at the repeated testing done to him in the few days prior to the testing. He performed well, although he stated he was mentally affected by the ordeal. That is all Manny was concerned about. He never flat out refused the testing as it has been reported by scumbag Golden Boy Promotions.
