Honestly Ive seen Duran fights at 135 and I think he is very very very slightly overated. Him and pac would be a war for however long it last but considering Duran is much more natural at that weight logic tells me to favor Duran. Lets be real here and not start with this "Duran would ko him inside 3 " crap. Pac would present problems but I like to think it ends in a no contest due to bad headbutt cut ;) .

KO1 in my book. Duran would scared shitless from Pacs trash talking that he's so good at. In fact, seeing as how Duran was a little wussy-boy, I think he would throw in the towel himself while balling his eyes out :|

Take it from Bob Arum: from boxtok
Stop matching Pac with retired fighters. Pac is here active. He's the one doing the Retiring!!!

in the same interview, arum said he is looking for the guzman-campbell winner also for a possible fight for pac. i made a thread for that i'll look for it later. BTW, maestro got banned for trolling his great american fighters. i said he wasn't american, he got pissed off and threw racial slurs everywhere, hence the banning.

Manny is a marginal ATG, but he is moving up the list for sure!

Resume wise. Pac is on way to beat Duran''s resume.

Duran was an ATG at lightweight. He's one of the best there. But when he moved up in weight. He never came up on top as the best. He quit with SRL, He was Koed by Hearns, Benitez beat him, He can't beat Hagler, Bunch of Nobodys beat him. Davey moore win you can compare that to Pac-Diaz. Just Diaz has more wins.

History will be kind to Pac as History was kind to DLH & SRL. Because Pac's an Exciting fighter, he fights the best, he ducks no one, Gentleman in the ring, Clean fighter, a role model all positive stuff.

What separates Pac against these top ATGs is the matter of How he beat Great fighters. Annihilate MAB when MAB was still top 5 P4P. SRL struggles with Hagler, Duran & Hearns. Pac KOed twice the unknockable Morales. Duran, Hearns, SRL tried but never near of Koing the Granite Hagler.

You can Bring the JMM's close and debatable loss to Pac. But every ATG fighters struggle with a certain Rival during their eras. SRR with La motta, SRL with hearns, PBF with Castillo, Pep with Saddler etc. But don't worry the Pac-JMM series is not over. I belive Pac will end that series with a KO.
