Lets not pretend Pac has always been as good as he is now and he isn't exactly hard to hit when he is fighting live opponents.

 

Elite? In what sense? His first truly elite match up he looked mediocre. He could not adjust but MAB did.

So he was rarely in wars, hell he was rarely in any fight that lasted longer than 8 rounds.

So if he was on the way down at 27, beaten soundly by his only real elite match up, I think you are overrating him a bit.
There is absolutely nothing in his resume that says he can take on elite fighters like MAB, EM, JMM or Pac.

Big chance he gets stopped at 122/126 as his chin wouldn't hold up to that power for 12 rds and he would be recieving them as his defence is/was leaky.

The sooner this fight with PBF happens the better, might shut a lot of you up for awhile and i dont even like PBF.

I am not underrating Hamed, as I say his best chance was Pac under 130. Over that and it will not be close as Pac is stronger, better chin and more durable. I am not overrating Pac either, as you can see I compared him to EM, JMM and MAB - not Ali, SRR or Armstrong as other "*******s" like to do.

My real qualm is the theoretical rating of Hamed as some FW beast because he had a high KO percentage. Over who? Mostly no ones. And when he went against a name, guess what? He looked very mediocre.

Second, the excuse that Hamed was on a decline is utterly just an excuse to maintain a certain level of greatness.

Hamed was good, very good. Incredibly fun to watch. Just not great. Remove his entertainment value and he really has nothing to compare versus truly great elites.
