Nope, Pacquiao does not beat Floyd, too many flaws in his game, though he gives Floyd a very good fight though he doesnt win... Manny can not adapt and adjust Floyd can and that will be the difference

 

30 days isn't exactly random testing throughout camp now is it. and Pac actually said he just didn't want testing the day of the weigh in or the fight...

Forget Pac of the Cotto fight, Cotto of the Pac fight beats Mayweather, Pac retires him. We saw completely shot and ruined Cotto draw with Mayweather, maybe even win. Imagine a prime Cotto like he was against Pac.

Mayweather never likes to fight people with comparable speed, not since C level Judah gave him hell, he is a counter puncher who pot shots, how would he pot shot Pac who is faster than him and punches at angles and speeds Mayweathers never even seen before? he can't it's impossible.

No actually the fight was almost done until pacs team cancelled mediation. PAC made it an ordeal not to take tests so yes it's suspicious.

At least lance Armstrong pretended he was getting tests PAC wouldnt do that

Cotto pretty much beat Mayweather, this is a completely shot and ruined Cotto, Pac killed him, Pac killed Hatton and Hatton was beating Mayweather till Cortez solved the pioece of the puzzle Mayweather couldn't. ODLH beat Mayweather and Pac retired him, Pac beat up Marqueerz 3 times already and is on the decline rapidly now, 2009-10 Pac kills Mayweather and that's why he was so heavily ducked.

Even the shot ruined Pac of today can beat Mayweather which is why May is waiting even longer.
