    Taking a range of numbers from the Manila Times or Pinoy Beano hardly makes the figures definitive. I haven't seen them reported in any other news source.

    I can prove that you don't know the figure.

    If you knew what the figure was, you'd tell us the figure. WTF is 80 - 200 thousand?
