    Pacquiao has been at 147 for nearly a decade now.
    Rios is not a natural anything. He was 160 on fight night when he faced Pacquiao.
    Hell, when fighting at 135 he would come in at 150.

    One Rios was semi past it... one Rios was downright shot.

    Ill go with the performance that didnt lose multiple rounds to a shot Rios.

    Pac beat a fresher rios 4 years earlier

    Pac also knocked out morales far easier and when morales was much freisher

    Garcia couldn't even knock out morales in the first fight a shot one he waited 1 year after he fought maidana and still couldn't knock him out and waited anther year then knocked him out
