Pacquiao or Mayweather...WHO NEED WHO MORE????

    It's kinda of hard to say as far as legacy of concern. And obviously it really depends on what kind of Boxing fan you are.

    For me...I think Pacquiao needs to show THE HARDCORE Boxing fans if he can indeed HIT, DOMINATE AND KO a Fighter that is not a STIFF, STAND THERE AND TAKE A TON OF PUNCHES kind of fighter. And a fighter in which there is NO huge advantage in hand-speed.

    Pacquiao was FAR faster than Valasquez, Barerra, Marquez, Morales, Solis, Diaz, Oscar, Hatton and Cotto.

    Some say that Pacquiao is faster than Floyd...Personally that's a HILARIOUS STATEMENT!!! But for the record...Let's say he is faster than Floyd...IT IS NO-WHERE NEAR A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE OR A HUGE MARGIN IN WHICH PACQUIAO IS FASTER...(If I actually believed he was faster) So therefore there is no Great Advantage of Speed that Pacquiao has over Floyd as opposed to the Aforementioned fighters.

    Floyd has Fought fighters with SIGNIFICANT hand-speed Corley and Judah...And some will say both of these fast Southpaws gave him trouble.

    Now on the verge of this MEGA-FIGHT...According to who you talk to, you'll get different reasons, perspectives and PERCEPTIONS as to why this impending fight is not A DONE DEAL!!!!

    Pac fans will say its Mayweather's fault - Floyd fans will say its Pacquiao fault.

    Personally...I'd say Pacquiao needs Mayweather more...Just to Show THE HARDCORE fans that he can beat more than just THE ONE-TRICK-PONY fighters. In fact...The reality is...Two of Pacquiao's last 3 opponents...FLOYD BEAT THEM FIRST!!!

    That's just my Opinion. whether you agree or not...THIS FIGHT NEEDS TO HAPPEN!!!!

    pac has his legacy set. floyd needs to fight at least one elite welter.

    If this fight does not get made, both take a hit on their legacy despite who's fault it is

    Floyd needs another BIG win to erase his retirement. (And lack of WW action)
    So, IMO PBF needs this fight alot more than Pac.

    Pac needs Mayweather. Not as much substance in Pac's wins over DLH, Hatton and Cotto compared to Floyd's last three. Floyd moved up and beat DLH at a higher weight, Pac moves up and DLH comes down to a division he hadn't been in for 8 years. Floyd exposes the undefeated Hatton and Pac beats him during a transition period 2 years later. Marquez wins more rounds against Pac but gets shutout by Floyd. It's obvious Cotto wasn't close to what he was before Margarito, not to mention having to agree to a catchweight just to land a fight. Pac has looked great in his last 3 fights mainly due to timing and catchweights.
