Pacquiao PED Allegations have gone overboard

So you are just saying definitively that Manny isn't...makes perfect sense. You have no problem implying other fighters are possibly on PED's, but you know for sure Manny isn't, and that no one should question him?

 

If you tell a lie enough people will believe it sooner or later. The judge in this case believed in the Mayweathers and Golden Boy. Now all they have to do is prove to the world in court what a cheat Pacquiao is.

 

Mayweather doesn't make things easier on Manny. Fact is he has to face this unnecessary accusation for no reason. To be called a cheater for no reason, especially when being good is a compliment and a bother at the same time


The way you shatter that, is to either deal with it, or prove them wrong by taking the test. That way, when you beat Mayweather, another ATG, you can stand over him or stare him down as the victor.

Well before the whole Mayweather-Pacquiao negotiations, I already accepted the fact that there is a pretty reasonable possibility that a lot of boxers (and other athletes) use PEDs to get an edge, to train harder, recover quicker, etc...

I think people make too much of it in terms of how much it helps you. They're enhancers, not miracle drugs that will make "an ordinary fighter turn extraordinary" (yes, Manny was real ordinary with titles in numerous divisions and HOFers on his ledger).

I watched the Toney-Batchedler fight back in May 2008 when both guys turned it dirty, including Toney for a horse steroid. It was quite possibly the worst fight I have ever seen and both of them looked like dog ****.

OK. Let me explain something that is rather simple. This little PED backlash that Manny is getting is something a 2 yr old could have seen coming.

I DON'T CARE IF YOUR MICHAEL JORDAN, LANCE ARMSTRONG, OR THE 5TH STRING QUARTERBACK ON THE INDIANAPOLIS COLTS. IF A FELLOW ATHLETE SUSPECTS YOU OF PED USAGE AND TELLS YOU TO PROVE YOUR DENIAL BY TAKING A BLOOD TEST, THEN THE WHOLE WORLD HAS YOU UNDER A MICROSCOPE WAITING TO HEAR YOUR ANSWER. NOBODY CARES IF THE MAN MAKING THE ACCUSATIONS IS CONSIDERED AN ******* OR IF HE HAS PROOF. WHY IS THIS SO HARD FOR SOME PEOPLE TO COMPREHEND?

I still remembered what I was thinking after I read about this ongoing issue back in 2009. I thought, "Nobody thinks he is using PEDs, but if he doesn't go along with it, he will immediately become suspicious to some(not all)." Now you add the fact of Top Rank, Roach, and Manny constantly changing their reasons why they couldn't except Floyd's terms unless their was a 24-day cut off. Well ladies and gentlemen, you can thank them for single handedly putting the stamp on this never ending topic. Only reason he didn't get crucifide by the media is because he so well liked. Do you honestly think that if Floyd was in Manny's shoes that he wouldn't have been destroyed by everyone except his fans?

Bottomline Team Pac is the reason this PED issue won't go away, not Floyd. Team Pac decided to ignore it and move on to other fights. Well here we are over a year later and its still a fresh topic to everyone. Floyd is sticking to his guns and hasn't changed his stance on what he wants. So Pac can either come to some agreement with Floyd so they can fight or he can continue doing what he is doing and retirement with this question hanging over his career. It is what it is.

And yes I have seen his video online to him agreeing to Floyd's full terms and my hats off to him. Lets hope he remembers this when negotiation time comes again.

 

The *****s even believe that pac has been on peds way back when he fought ledwaba in just 2 weeks notice and knocked the champ!
