it happened in the 3rd fight too. fact is, marquez would do great numbers with other welters besides Pac

 

Manny would be doing the right thing this is coming from somebody that does not like Manny

I think only die hard Pac fans care to see for hopes of a redemptive victory. Probably only for the sake of what they have said before on this site, and not for their fighters' actual health or legacy.

 

**** Pac, Marquez should have been calling out Broners ass the next day after the fight with Pac instead of waiting. I think that fight will generate just as much or more money than a Pac rematch. JMM is a quiet man but I believe if he starts campaigning loud and hard against Broner, it would generate enough buzz to maybe make that **** happen. That would be a really big draw. So many ways to hype that fight for mega bucks.:bbb

I like Pac and I disagree. Pac deserved 50/50 with Floyd because it was the BIGGEST fight that could have been made.

JMM has earned the right for 50/50 since he just KTFO out of Pac and arguably beat him prior to that KO.

 

1. You can't duck someone you fought 4 times.
2. If Pacquiao doesn't want to fight JMM after getting knocked out cold for a 50-50 split, he's well in his rights to take a tuneup and get the bigger split with someone else. Marquez himself doesn't want the fight either unless his pay-day is much higher than before.
3. A ******* doesn't score all fights for Marquez

Pac is the bigger draw win, lose, or draw. Buster knocking out Tyson wouldn't warrant 50/50 in a rematch.
However, I'm on Jmm side with this one. He just iced Pac, everyone knows that, everyone seen that. It's written in the books, history, finito..
If Pac wants to erase that ugly memory and try to prove it was a fluke, he takes Jmm demands.. Jmm don't need Pac no more, he finally got what he came for after four fights..

 

I don`t about all of you. But I don`t even want a 5th it ended in a KTFO last fight enough to satisfy on who was the better man.

Who knows why Pac rejected. Could be retiring, knows he can`t beat Marquez, maybe wants a lesser fight to recover some side effects if you got KTFO will you of been fighting Marquez someone who has your number and could possibly KTFO you again.

Imo it could be that he wants a lesser fighter to return some of that momentum he lost.

I was kinda hoping for Marquez to fight Bradly. Would be cool and intresting with the style match up and it could be possible if Pac rejected this fight.

 

I think Bob's pockets are too deep to make this happen. He needs his half too after all.

either way as the single promoter of the fight he's gonna be in both their pockets. the split don't matter to him its all his money first, before it gets divided.
