    At this point it doesn't matter if Pacquiao fights floyd, despite what some people think, boxing analyst know floyd is a dodger and it will have no impact on him being viewed as the greatest fighter of his era. A man cannot beat men who run from him. Blaming pacquiao for not fighting mayweather is like blaming Lennox Lewis for not fighting Riddick Bowe or Foreman for not fighting Tyson. If someone doesn't want to fight you,you can't do anything about it except assume they were in fear for a good reason.
