If Pacquiao walks now he puts his 'ATG' status at risk. He needs to clear his name by taking the tests. He has been backed into a corner.. by GBP and helped by his reaction. Come out as clean and then fight Floyd. If these two happen and then he wins.. then we can start calling him an ATG.

This has to be the dumbest logic I have seen in quite some time. IF he retires in this fashion, his legacy will be questioned forever and be known to walk away from the biggest payday in boxing history because he didn't want to get drug tested. All he has to do is take the tests, fight Mayweather, and win or lose he'll still be respected. Anything else is just straight *****.

 

agree. Manny would lose though. he thinks blood drawing too close to a fight might weaken him. how can you win fight if you have a **** up state of mind which is what Floyd and his fans wanted in the first place.

 

I agree. Manny should listen to his family and retire. Forget boxing. I personally will switch to MMA when Pac retires.

 

The sad thing is that most elite fighters are probably taking performance-enhancing drugs and would also react like Pacquiao...
