    true. I haven't come close to reaching my physical peak or going through a boxing training camp, so maybe I'd have to experience that to understand better.

    Arnold is a body builder who took steroids. The steroids kept him from ever going catabolic and he as a body builder he never put himself under enough stress to overtrain the nervous system.

    As a trainer/coach its a much better place to be in where you have to pull the cord a little to hit that sweet spot than to have to up the intensity. Its good to be Greg Popovich and be a able to rest your players.
