    I would've jumped to say "yes!" 3 yeas ago.

    But seeing how Pac's workrate has immensely lowered, it's gonna be a long and embarrassing night for Pac if they ever fought, well not unless FMJ would greatly deteriorate in prison.

    That being said, I would say within the top 3-5, bec it's really difficult to gauge how much more Pac is declining right now.

    Yes. But he has faced more dangerous fighters to his style. Cotto was more dangerous to Floyd than Manny.

    What a load of nonsense. The only reason Pacquiao fought Bradley was becuase Cotto refused a rematch becuase he wouldn't drain himself to 147 like Pacquiao wanted him too. Cotto was Pacquaio first choice not Bradley. Bradley a blown up junior welterweight, he done all his best work at 140, he had done nothing at 147. He small and has lacks power at 140. Secondly when was "145" Cotto prime weight ? Hatton was struggling to make 140. Clottey ? who has he beat ? Marquez 2 ? Marquez was old, he was 34. Secondly about Hatton. Freddie Roach said " Hatton is not the same figther he was when he fougth Mayweather, the Mayweather defiently took something out off him". Hatton got badly hurt against Lazcano after the Floyd fight. Hatton may have looked good against Maliggani but that ain't saying much, Maliggnagi can't punch and was coming off a bad performance in a lucky win against Lovermore N'Dou. About the 3rd Marquez. Its clear Pacquiao camp waited as long as possible for Marquez to get old before they fought him. In 2008 after the second fight. Pacquiao was offered a 6 million guarnatee for 3rd fight and he turned it down and fought the weakest titleholder David Diaz for 3 millon. Plus notice how when did happen in 2011 how Marquez had move up 2 divisions to Welterweight, where in previous Welterweight fight he got domainted and looked terrible against Mayweather.

    Not better than Marquez or Oscar, but those 2 are old goats. At least h2h NOW then yes Pacman.

    no, i do not agree. pac is tailor made for floyd. cotto is the toughest opponent floyd has ever faced.

    i know some of u will say....pac beat cotto....yeah, true, but that doesn't mean ****.

    take a quick look at history for understanding...

    duran beat leonard

    leonard beat hearns

    hearns was destroyed by hagler

    hagler barely beat duran

    hearns destroyed duran

    leonard beat hagler....

    styles make fights.

    Leonard still came on top of the FAB 4 though.... But, for the question Pac is still better then most of all Floyds opponents except for Marquez and if you want we can say he gets destroyed by a prime Mosley and Oscar.:bbb
