I mean why stop there. If they can sell dope, beat women why should we assume the line finishes at steriods. I think you could put a case that their life without integrity automatically means they're probably planning world domination as well.

Your logic suggests linking one bad behavioural trait to an even greater one is automatic. If you had any real evidence to link him to steroids then yes, other than that it's unreasonable to assume. For example you've probably downloaded illegal videos and music, so does that mean we can automatically assume you would steal a truck full of music cds, or an entire plane with movie reels? How about shooting the guy at Blockbuster to steal a movie?
