Well, Pac nearly KO'd JMM in the first round of their first fight, and he hammered Morales to the canvas in their second and third fights. So what's the mystery?

I understand yiur point and will agree with you IF pac fought cotto and hatton immediately after em and jmm.
pac got extremely better with his right hook, footwork and punch variation and this could be the reason why he dominated hatton and cotto.
and let us not forget, cotto and hatton are not em and jmm in terms of skills. The latter two are HOFs and the same cannot be said for cotto and hatton yet

Flip side - Morales was a warrior and was able to take a shot. Oscar was weight drained and Hatton was too far gone and used to have a great chin.

But I can see your point, Hatton struggles to go up 7lbs to fight welterweights yet in 3 fights Pac-man is able to destroy bigger opposition, the question is how!

So you may have a point to be fair

Hatton Cotto do both hit harder, but they are pressure fighters, not counter punchers (Cotto is more of a counter puncher...). The way to hurt Pac is to make him come to you, hit him coming in with his own force plus yours.

PS that is why, if they ever fight, Mayweather will win.

Junnie.....PAC has been progressing as a boxer and fighter throughout the years under Roach....he's improving and adding new demensions to his growing skill sets during each and every camp. It's hard to understand how someone can be so good and improve so much at this level but PAC has proven to be a rare figure in this sport. It's a shame folks who are suppose to want to fight this guy look for excuses or a way out so they can save face. I hope this is all a ploy to promote the fight through created drama. I do think this fight happens and I'm changing my stance to say PAC wins this fight.....Close and competitive but PAC takes this one.

The Mexican Trio were far superior P4P then cotto and hatton.
