WTF are you smoking? It's impossible that a lightweight will win ALL those fights. You must give credit where its due, and PAC made it look easy on most of those fights.

If you just want excitement then there's:

    Hamed
    Junior Jones
    Morales
    Gatti

Yeah I totally think so. The trouble is when you reach a certain level of fame it just becomes uncool to be appreciated too much, especially by elitists. The guy's fantastic.

Not fans of Hamed or Junior Jones Rummsy? You're guaranteed at least 4 KDs from any of their fights, if they fought each other there'd probably be 10 KDs

Honestly, there isn't really a "circus" around Manny anymore, not in the UK anyway. Don't get me wrong, he is still the most known boxer here, probably. But there isn't really that much excitement over him anymore, especially when you compare that to a couple of years back.

Is he the most exciting boxer since Tyson? Depends what you like really, I find Mayweather fights exciting, especially leading up to the fight, adrenaline, etc. But yeah, I'm the same with Pacquiao also, and he delivers the majority of the time in the ring.

Yeah I agree to a point, a couple of years back Manny and Floyd(well especially Manny) had boxing on everyone's lips but that sort of buzz just doesn't last forever, which is why its such a shame Floyd bottled the bout.
Even if it happens now excuses can be made for either, in many ways the boat has been missed:-(

Ali fought every one, and tyson cleaned out a whole division in his first reign. something not too many people have done.
