    I really hoped they would hand him their newly introduced WBA Super World Platinum Worldchampionship of the World belt, but this has to do, I guess.

    So, does he have to pay an 'annual' sanctioning fee for life for that?

    Does the WBA just automatically deduct that 'sanction fee' from his bank account once a year?
