It's funny because the whole steroids thing was just something Mayweather came up with to not have to fight Manny, its so obvious and you all fell for it. His first excuse if you recall was the "Manny hasn't called me out.", then Manny called him out and he made up the steroids thing and now he has no more excuses. Pacquiao has gained only 12.5lbs since the first Barrera fight according to fight night weights, that's about 2 pounds per year in his mid twenties to early thirties. The reason he's moved up so many weight classes is because he isn't cutting anymore. During the same time in his life Floyd weighed 138 against Castillo and 150 against Oscar, a whoppingly similar 12 pounds over 6 years.
