manny didn't refuse a blood test. he just didn't want them days and during the fight night. he is even willing to be tested after the fight itself! that should be enough! if you're a user, the substance does not magically disappear because you're done with what you have to do in the ring

Manny does have a case. Seeing as how the NSAC has testing procedures in place, and Manny only needed to take those tests, he did not break any rules. He has never failed a test, but the Mayweathers and GBP have cost him a potential 50 million dollar payday and sullied his name. He can sue for slander and libel, and use the potential income from the fight as losses based on the damage done thanks to Floyd. I hope Floyd has a good lawyer, because he has a 50 million dollar lawsuit coming his way.
