Mayweather can dictate all the terms against Pacman, from blood testing to location of the venue, to the weight of the gloves, etc.

Manny lost all of his negotiation powers when he lost 2 straight fights (granted I thought he beat Bradley quite convincingly.)

I don't think Pacman is washed up by any means; it honestly looked like he was en route to KO'ing Marquez before JMM nailed him with that picture perfect counterpunch.

If manny wants to get a fight with FLoyd, he's going to have to first start winning again in a convincing fashion, than concede pretty much everything Floyd wants for the fight to actually occur. That's the only way he's going to get that fight, and he should be ok with it considering he lost his last 2. If Floyd lost his last 2 fights and was clamoring to fight Pacman, I'm positive Arum would do everything in his power to give Manny every clear cut advantage possible--From a smaller ring to the bigger end of the purse. It's the way it is.

I think the fight would've been made years ago had Pacman severed ties with Top Rank.

In the past decade, the 3 biggest cashcows in the sport have been Oscar, floyd and Manny. Oscar cut ties with Arum and self promoted himself via Goldenboy, Mayweather followed suit and formed his own promotion company that's copromoted with Goldenboy for events. Pacman is the only one that hasn't gone independent; he needs to surround himself with a good business/management team that can help him ascertain any fight he wants. There's a lot more freedom when you don't have a promoter telling you who to fight and who to avoid. Pacman could've also ended up making a lot more money the past couple years but Arum has the stranglehold on him for some reason.
