Pacquiao to retire next year

the only way pac fights jmm again is if he loses to both dlh and hatton. but pac can even decide to still retire after a loss to hatton given the little money to be gained in a jmm fight.

 

it can happen IF (big if) pac miraculously beats DLH.

 

The lure to politics is strong but if somehow he is unsucessful in his second try then I'm sure he'll be back in boxing...

 

Pac has fame and money... now he wants power! that's is why he is entering politics.

 

owell makes a good point. What IF Pac loses in the elections? What's he gonna do? He still could come back to boxing.

JMM would be a big daw. Two fights filled with drama, high action fights between the #1 and #3 P4P...that's money.

Their last fight did near 500K, It could come close to 1 mil with some more hype and a little more time.

after getting 11+ mil each from fighting dlh and hatton, i don't think pac will fight jmm again and settle for about 6-7mil only. his last 2-3 fights (dlh, hatton, maybe pbf) will get him 8 figures per. a 3rd jmm fight no matter how hyped or promoted it would be won't definitely give him that. jmm just isn't enough of a draw unlike hatton and pbf.
