Pac vs Alexander would be a good match-up. Id like to see Pac in vs someone who can use his legs and can match him in speed and athleticism. Putting him in with a cement feet type of dude does nothing for me.

 

He's bigger yes - but Pacquiao has come up multiple divisions fighting bigger guys but gets zero credit for it because of 2 specific catchweights - yet you're saying Canelo is too big for Floyd, in a division where Floyd is the Super champ, has fought in several times and claims that he's the best in that division? With regard to how great Floyd and PAcquiao are, you can never judge while the guys are still active, simply too much bias and lack of perspective. In 10 years we'll know how great they are. Their careers are not over yet

 

The ONLY reason Canelo is viewed as a tough fight is because of size. Did I say he is TOO BIG? No. I would choose Floyd to win.

But if Canelo was at 147 I know the pac turds in here would be crying if Floyd was eyeing him for a fight simply because he wouldn't be big enough to challenge Floyd.

 

I would love to see him face Alexander, in my view Alexander has a shot against anyone at 147

What do you mean he's fighting bigger guys? He doesn't. Cotto weighed more than Floyd on fight night, but Floyd looked the musclier guy, Cotto looked smaller and has a 67" reach compared to Floyd's 72" reach - Cotto simply is NOT a 154 fighter...

The last guy who was genuinely bigger than Floyd was De La Hoya - Ortiz at a push who will hydrate to around 160 compared to Floyd's 153/155 weight but then that fight was a farce anyway

 

So Floyd will be bigger than Canelo because he is ripped with longer arms!?

And I gave you Ortiz, but the fight was still at welterweight, a division he's been in for years - Ortiz drains and rehydrates, Mayweather stays at fighting weight, and the fight was a farce anyway, it was the biggest joke I've seen for many years

Oscar was not a catchweight - Pacquiao came up from 135 to fight at 147. Oscar came down from 154 to fight at 147. It was a legitimate welterweight bout in which Oscar is still the bigger guy

Now if Oscar lost weight in the wrong way, messed up his training whcih resulted in him coming in drained, it amazes me haters will blame that on Pacquiao - Oscar is an experienced boxer who took the fight on, end of story

Had Oscar pummelled Pacquiao everyone would be saying "Well what do you expect, Pacquiao jumped 2 divisions"

This is ridulous - everyone agrees Floyd is a natural welterweight, a solid welterweight who doesn't like fight night scales for a reason. Yet everyone says he's too small for other legitimate welterweights atsch

Yet Pacquiao who is naturally smaller, whose been at welterweight a much shorter time and jumped divisions quickly, fights much bigger guys and there's always another angle on why he won - no credit given for the fact he was much smaller...you couldnt' make up this logic lol

He started at 130. He was a solid 135. Every person besides Marquez he fought at 147/154 have started out at higher weights than him, cutting FAR more weight than him. This is fact. He's the smaller man, and will most likely be against Guerrero.
