Pacquiao v Cotto - What's next for the winner?

    Seriously, if people think the winner of this fight is automatically fighting Mayweather - you're wrong. Most people are saying Pacquiao will fight Mayweather to find out who's truly the P4P king. Are they automatically counting Cotto out of this? In my opinion Cotto

    beat Pacquiao. Logically and realistically, what's next for either fighter if they win?

    Also, here's an image I did in Photoshop, please understand that I am still very bad at it as you can see, but at least I had a try :tong

    It's not necessarily the punch that will finish the fight, just my opinion on who the winner will be. Also, yes, Pacquiao is meant to be that much smaller in the picture - some people will get the joke :D

    Chrsit amlighty! This picture just further enhances my point of how big Cotto is next to Pac and if he wins it should be downplayed just like people did with Money's win over Marquez. Either way, the winner will probably take a tuneup and go on to face Mosley or Margarito.

    I made Pacquiao look smaller on the image because that's what I suspect people will say if Cotto does beat him.

    not really. pacquiao is more proven above 135. jmm had only fought at 135 max when floyd fought him. besides, cotto would honor (i hope) the 145 catchweight and he would get full credit if he beats pac.

    The logical choice would be to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr. Does that fight ever come off, irrespective of who wins this match-up? I have strong doubts.

    If Pac wins mostly likely Mayweather. If Cotton wins, I am not sure. I can see Mayweather opting out to fight Mosley, thus maybe a rematch with Margarito.
