JMM can still be competitive, I agree. It all depends on how well he conditions himself.

144 but PAC always weigh 148 on fight night while JMM comes around 146 (I think that's his fight-night weight against Katsidis. Not sure about the last one round debacle against Ramos)

If it is close (which it should be) that would mean the chances of Pac v May fight goes out the window because Floyd played with marquez and the way people go on and on about how Pac is beating people AFTER Floyd better than Floyd(which doesnt make any sense to me)if it is in anyway close. WELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!

No win situation for Pacman here........ if he beats Marquez (and more so via KO), the Floyd nut huggers would say Marquez is shot and put on too much weight etc. If he loses.... ah well, you know what the headlines will be.

I think so. I think Marquez level is being overlooked even without the style clash he is still a top p4p fighter and a future HOF. No matter what weight I can't see him being blown out, I think he's gonna win 3 maybe 4 rounds.

Could JMM still be KO'd early even if he's in great condition? Would you then say he wasn't in very good condition?

I guess what I'm trying to say is the only way we'll know if JMM is in good condition is if the fight goes into the later rounds (past 8?) right? Because the way I see it, no matter what weight he comes in at, there's no way he won't be in condition for at least 6-7 rounds. He's been in preparations for about a month already and still have about 3 months to go so I'm going to assume he's going to cover all his bases in terms of weight and conditioning.
