It's going to happen. I suspect this time next year. Mayweather will atleast have one more fight in between, aybe Mosley. regardless of the outcome PBF v Pacman is a dead cert. So who wins? Me?, i think it will be one of the most intriguing encounters in modern boxing. The styles compliment each other. Mayweather a defensive genius who can counter with extrodinary speed and accuracy, Pacquiao has probably the fastest hands in boxing right now, can throw from all angles and is relentless. Roach reckons they have PBF's number, i wouldnt be so dismissive but i would probably still gve it to pacquio - though i wouldnt want to call it. One thing is for sure, pacquiao would not allow floyd 6 pounds like Marquez did. So who wins?? *edit* poll added

You haven't broken down the fight. How does Pacquiao land on Mayweather whereas so many others have failed? Floyd has comparable hand speed, and does hold a slight size advantage also.

Thats the only way manny wins his fights cuz cats try to stand in front of him and bang out and he beats them to every punch in those exchanges
Pac 116-112 Mayweather's plan will be to do what cotto was doing in the last quarter of the fight, but all night long. fight on the move. However, floyd won't have the speed or range advantage this time. He also, can't stand in front of pac with the shoulder up firing lead rights, and left hooks to the body only to skate away unharmed when his opponent comes forward. NO, he will look to counter manny off the back foot and he will get hit more than he hits back. Manny will control the ring in this fight rounds 3-12, and floyd will NOT stand and fight manny. The judges will have no choice but to pick the effective aggressor as manny and award the decision to the almighty pac. Floyd's reign is over. If he signs to fight pac. HE WILL LOSE!
If Mayweather fights Mosley like you say, there's a good chance he'll lose, and Pacquiao/Mayweather will be second to Pacquiao/Mosley. My thoughts are that Mayweather doesn't move like he used to, and will allow Pacquiao to get off on him and end up getting hit quite a lot.

5 rounds into last night's fight I looked over to my wife and told her "None of these guys can beat Money May!" . Seriously I don't understand why everyone is so eager to see Pac vs May, it's a mismatch plain and simple. Floyd is just too technically efficient for Pac and won't break through the shoulder roll because he is too small and his arms are too short. I like Pac but c'mon now.. we're all boxing fans so let's use some common sense. Floyd should be fighting Shane Mosley, that's the most competitive fight out there for him.
