Arum might make this fight if Bradley fights Provodnikov. Seeing how Marquez will still refuse to fight because he believes the Pacquiao chapter is over, Alvarado is the only one that makes sense if they can't secure a fight with Mayweather. Alvarado beat Rios in their last fight and Pacquiao just beat Rios also. So this fight will pit the two guys who just beat Rios. I see Pacquiao knocking out Alvarado in the 11th round, what are your thoughts?

Man, I have to admit though seeing Pacquiao fighting a fighter coming from loss. Makes no sense.

Brandon Rios - Loss previous fight.
Joshua Clottey - Loss previous fight.
Shane Mosley - Draw previous fight.

Pac needs to fight a legitimate champion @ 140 or coming from a big win.

bradley aint fighting provo for the same money he got the first time.

and there isnt enough money for the money bradley is looking for.

gotta be pac-bradley2. bradley will get upwards of 10m incl ppvs.

provo-rios is most likely. rios said he wasnt hurt in the fight. this isnt hard to make and sure to be candidate for foty 2014.

marquez isnt fighting below the level of pac and bradley, imo.

marquez is about legacy or money or both.

What a HORRIBLE fight, it might just be worse than the Rios fight.

At least Pac has some kind of excuse of coming off a loss for the last one. But I'm not surprised, Arum+Pacquiao at it again.

    Facing guys off losses/draws.

Why should he retire when he can make $25 million dollars each fight.

    Basically this whole thing...

Opponents moving up in weight combined with opponents in questionable spots and/or coming off a direct loss mar Pacquiao's post Cotto resume...

@140? How about a ranked Welterweight coming off a win...it that too much to ask for. Oh yeah, your list is missing a few names...Margarito having NO Boxing license and fighting Morales coming off a loss to Raheem. These posters talk a lot of crap about Mayweather's resume at past 140lbs. But every fighter he has fought since Nov. of 2006 except one (JMM after coming back of retirement) held a Belt....that's 9 fights.
