But his power did carry up which was aided tremendously by the speed and angles. I can't think of one fight where Pac didn't hurt or drop someone in the higher weight classes.

 

Going for Arguello on points but it real depends which version of Pacquiao it is. The one handed Pacquiao or pre the 2nd Morales fight loses to Arguello but thereafter the momentum shifts more towards a Pacquiao victory.

Pac hurt everyone at WW that he ever fought. Whether he stopped them or not. It's not all about stoppages, you also have to consider the
peril Pac put in. The fact that he shut people down because they didn't want to be hurt.

 

Pretty much this, but I think Pac would win at 135. Pac at 135 was basically the same guy as at 140/147 including in ring weight; he was just making a pit stop.

Floyd fought the most cautious fight of his life and was hurt on 2 occasions. His mouth was bleeding in the 7th. The last thing on earth Floyd wanted to do was trade with Pacquiao. Keep in mind he walked down Maidana, Canelo, Ortiz, and Berto — all guys with power.

Morales is far quicker of hand and feet and also possesses more durability and physical resolve. Sure, Arguello is a harder puncher, just as precise and skilled if not more so. But does he have the speed and reflexes to deal with a tornado like Pacquiao?

 

No. Morales is far quicker and twitchy than Arguello.
