Pacquiao vs Arguello, Who Wins and How?

I haven't weighed in coz I wanted to see peoples replies, now I have, I see it going like this...

130: Arguello TKO10
135: Arguello TKO11
140: Pacquiao TKO4

Despite this, I see the styles meshing the same across all weights, with the odds of individual exchanging/events changing based on weight, thus changing the result of the fight. My reasons for this that I'm of the opinion that Pacquiao's best was between Morales 2 and Hatton. Meaning Pacquiao's best stretched to 140, whilst Arguello's didn't.

Pacquiao has workrate, speed, angles, explosiveness and chin advantages, with the pair's power being similar. Pacquiao's versatility is often undersold, he is an excellent counter puncher, can fight well moving backwards and off the ropes, along with his ATG artillery from long/mid range.

Arguello has definite advantages in range perception/management, ring IQ, accuracy and a right hand that 1. Pacquiao definitely has a weakness to and 2. was proven to take southpaws out. Arguello is one of the most fluid, calm and well balanced fighters I've ever seen. He also was a savy craftsman who made contact adjustments to get a better measure of his opponents. He did tend to be a slow starter.

How I see the fight going is like this:
Pacquiao's immediate offence catches Arguello by surprise and visably shakes AA up early, probably scores a KD, a TKO at 140, and basically dominates the early-going. Arguello starts making adjustments (slipping/parrying Pac's left with his right and catching/pawing/off-setting Pac's right with his left, turning Pac, straight right counters ect.) and trys to find his range. I imagine this'd take 3/4 more rounds, being very difficult to score. Arguello would be lining up left hooks to the body at some point and would be pushing him back(quite easily imo at 135) and so would start stalking Pacquiao, walking him down and landing crisp counters & combos on a Pacquiao (who has been outmuscled and worked to the body and stopping him in 10, at SFW anyway. At LW I see Pac pulling another KD out the bag whilst Arguello leads, and he'd probably follow up as well but I think Arguello takes it and carries on his assault, stopping Pacquiao a little later. The aggressive countering/stalking approach would work well imo, based of Morales 1 and Marquez 4.

Great fight imo! Looking at how these guys dealt with styles they faced that resemble eachother, it's undeniable that Arguello did better. He dominated the majority of southpaws he faced, with exception of Ramirez, and he stopped hard hitting, speedy southpaw Andy Ganigan. Pacquiao, one the other hand, was ran close/beaten by Morales and Marquez in his prime, as well as showing a weakness to an accurate right hand throughout his career.
You may bring up the Pryor fights but I'd like to point out that Pyror's workrate was a lot higher than Pacquiao's and Pryor boxed at distance more in that fight than we're used to seeing. It was also at 140 and Arguello couldn't miss with his straight right.

And I'm not someone who has Pacquiao losing every H2H match up. I have him beating all sorts of ATGs below 147, like Sanchez, Zarate, Saldivar, Chavez, Pryor, Ross, Saddler, Benitez ect ect.
