I dont see that big of a deal here, neither have to drain down or worry about weight, they can just fight it out

This is so true. Pacquiao beat Cotto at 147, he beat a Margarito who was in prime form, and he beat a Mosley who was on a run of good form, before finally beating Williams.

Oh...wait. That's not true at all.

    Cotto @ 145
Margarito - no decent performance in roughly two years, and a year of lay-off
Mosley - even more past it than when Mayweather fought him, coming off a loss and a draw
    Williams - Williams...hellooooo..?

Marquez, made to come up two weight classes after already calling Pacquiao out after he'd chased Pacquiao up to 135lbs.

But of course the Pacquiao fanboys know this already...

    This x 1000!

The weight really is a non-issue. Both will scale around 144 and be around 148 come fight night.

The weight isn't viewed as a problem. But as for the OP, Pac just finished fighting Margarito at JMW at this time. I think Bradley knew that the fight would most likely be at WW.

Margarito, Cotto and Williams were all over hyped just for being in the same division as Mayweather. Hatton was a better pick than any of them. A fight with Mosley was made latter on.

Bradley is going to agree to anything to get the biggest fight of his career and I dont blame him one bit. Realistically and truthfully we know Manny would have never agreed to fight Bradley at 140 let alone 144. Thats Manny being Manny when it comes to fighting other fighers. Anyone that hasnt realize how Manny and his team negotiate when it comes to weight must be blind.

if its not an issue for the fighters, then why should it be an issue here?

this kinda though process confuses me...why don't all WW fights at JrMW then, and all JrMW just fight each other at MW, etc. ?
