Definitely no KO`s in this one IMO, both were too tough for the other to crack IMO.

    Pacquiao by very close decision.
The in & out speed, throwing punches in bunches when in close would be enough to sway at least 2 of the judges I think, could be wrong but thats my pick.

    :good

Your pick could also be right, Im not confident at all & would stay well away from the bookies on pay day with this fight looming.

I personally think JLC would maul Pac on the inside and pick his pocket. Pac's speed might be the biggest factor early on, but JLC will slow him down with some sickening body punches, after that I think Pac gets tentative about going to war and fights smart for the second half, while trying to eke out a decsion that might not go his way. I think JLC has the size and strenght to walk Pac down. He may take a lot in return given Pac's deadly accuracy, but JLC was very durable, and tough enough to roll with the punches in his prime at that weight.

imo, the factor here is how would pac handles castillo's inside game? is pac strong enough not to be bulled by castillo and if he is not, would pac switch to outside like floyd did it? imo, pac has shown at the weight that he is strong enough against fighters like diaz, hatton and oscar not to be backed-up. pac has underated strength (especially lower body and legs) and this would come in handy agaisnt someone like castillo. and also, pac could come up with plan B if he feels that castillo is too strong for him which is to pile-up points by going in and out.

not saying that castillo won't win but his chance is to eat pacman alive inside.

pac dances rings around him and batters him heavily

but prime castillo was the very epitome of "seems impossible to hurt"

all the people who voted pac by stoppage dont have a CLUE about how tough JLC was

    Pac wins by wide decision

Ive always said that pressure fighters can not beat Pac...even when he was at 130 I was claiming he would beat guys like Juan Diaz when everyone thought he was too big. The guys to beat Pac are slicksters or tall guys who can box and take his punch.

Castillo will be coming forward, Pac will blitz then jump out...when Castillo gets inside, Pac has enough firepower, enough speed, very good fast combinations, very fast feet to punch himself out of there.

Castillo will spend all night trying to stalk Pac whilst Pac racks up the points. Pac by wide UD or late TKO...

Pac will almost certainly do better than Floyd because styles makes fights, Floyd potshots and generally doesnt have enough firepower to scare his opponents off (hatton & castillo), different kind of fighters.

Notice how tight Pac would clinch Hatton everytime hatton wants to fight close? He couldnt even throw punches properly, and by the time the ref separates them apart, Pac would be 2-3 steps away. I dont think Castillo can do it either.

I said Pac by UD, but i really could envision a Pac stoppage in around8/9 rounds.

This. Pac really isn't against clinching if need be.

    @ 135lbs during Castillo's best..
No way Pac K.O.'s him, Forget about that scenario.

I'd favor Castillo, Considering Pac's fight w/David Diaz ain't enough to gauge him as a lightweight.

Castillo by KO late in the fight. Body attack would be to much for Manny who has been stopped on a body punch before. How the hell would Pac do better then PBF on the out side? Manny would be killed also because at 135 he was still a one handed fighter. Marquez hurt Pac and he is no where the puncher of Castillo.
