What this should show you is that Pac and Floyd are pretty much exactly the same - Castillo was much bigger than Floyd, too.

Castillo is around 160 right now while PAC maybe at 150... PAC probably has the bigger head compared to Floyd too...

    Height, dimwit :p

Castillo has always had a "big" frame too, he was struggling to make 135 4-5 years ago, struggled with 140 a few years later too.

Floyd and Pac pretty much have mirrored stats on each other.

We'll talk PAC-Floyd in details (like who's bigger) when that fight gets made...

Is that acceptable to you dimwit??:D Talking about still non-existent fight...:D

Fight won't get made, cause Cotto is about to beat the **** out of Pacquaio. Even if Pacquaio won, Roach won't fight Floyd at 147 and will play hardball on negotiations.

Pacquiao-Floyd shouldn't happen ever. I'd hate to see Floyd claim to be the greatest of all-time, then look at his resume at 147 and see TWO legitimate welterweights out of six:

Mitchell (only had 1 fight at welter, after getting KTFO by Tzsyu at 140)
Zab Judah (coming off a loss to super opponent Baldomir)
Baldomir (here he is, super opponent who won over Judah to become lineal)
Hatton (only had 1 fight at welter, where he almost got KTFO by "powerpunching" Collazo)
Marquez (never had a fight at welter/jr welter, was cheated on the scales by 2lbs)
Pacquiao (three fights ago was still fighting at 135)

Wow look at that! See a pattern here? Anybody who wants to give this f*ckin jerk a pass deserves a bonk on the head.

    I rest my f*cking case.

    "Legitimate Welterweights"

Are you stupid or something? You don't realise most of the fighters who have been ATG at Welterweight spent as much time in other weights as they did WW?

    Sugar Ray Robinson
    Sugar Ray Leonard
    Roberto Duran
    Hearns
    Oscar De La Hoya
    Shane Mosley
    etc etc etc.

Welterweight has never been like Middleweight, where one fighter stays and dominates for years (Monzon, Hagler, Hopkins) - it's always been a transitional weight.

Stupid? Let me see, kettle, are you calling me black? :!:

Oh, but it just so happened that Mitchell is one fight old at welter? Okay, Floyd's first fight at welter. Then Judah and Baldomir, the only two guys who have spent a number of fights at welter not to mention physically, thus, "legitimate welterweights". Aha, that's what it means....hmm.

Then, Ricky Hatton...who has had just one previous fight at welter, in which he happens to almost get knocked the **** out! By "powerpunching" Collazo, for goodness sakes!

Then he "mysteriously" retires, just when the top welterweights are heating up! And when he "mysteriously" unretires, he finally takes on...a lightweight who has never set foot at junior welterweight much less at welterweight, who he subsequently cheats on the scales to the tune of 2 f*ckin pounds!

So yeah, you really think Mitchell, Hatton and Marquez are legitimate welterweights huh?

Who you calling stupid again? :nut

Floyd calling himself an ATG isn't "I'm an all time great WW" - it's "I'm an all time great at all weights"

Talking about who he's faced at Welterweight while ignoring who he's faced outside of the weight is ****ing pointless, cause you're forgetting many of Robinsons greatest wins weren't at WW, nor Leonard, nor Duran, nor Hearns, nor DLH.

The body of their work is what you look at, not "Who did they beat at 147?"

"Legitimate Welterweights" - for all intents and purposes, Floyd doesn't fit within this category either. Dopey ****er.

You'll have no argument with me when you say Floyd's resume at 130 and 135 are up there. But do you claim he has merits when he says he's the GOAT because of his accomplishments at 130/135/140/147?

No, to further narrow it down, are you saying what he did at 130 and 135, the times when he really took on all comers, makes him GOAT, or at least make an argument for it?

Now, as for "legitimate welterweights" and Floyd not fitting within this category:

1 Floyd fought as welterweight back in 2005. Wow, that's...four years ago! He must be pretty accustomed to putting on the weight of a welterweight by now, don't you think? But wait, there's more ... :hey

2 In his last fight, the "secret" contracted weight was 144, which, because Floyd (who you say doesn't fit within the category of "legitimate welterweights") couldn't make, was abruptly changed to 147...uh-huh

    Gee, I guess I'm just a dopey f*cker and you're a genius huh :huh

Ha ha ha, must be hard thinking about all these facts, feeling loopy yet? :nut

After fighting Clottey and his astro dome , Cotto probably looks at Pacquiao's head with a sigh of relief.

In Manny's history, the fighters that he needed to fight, he fought them.:deal

Pacquiao's legacy is set, he does not need Mayweather.
