Pac better p4p, but Castillo is naturally a bigger, stronger guy and he has that cast iron jaw. Pick-em fight for me. If Pac can stay away from a big left hook right on the chops he'll win a decision, but Castillo has the power to stop him if he can connect flush.

The problem with fantasy match-ups with Pac is that his only real tough fight above FW has been against another former FW, who would probably STILL be fighting at FW if Pac wasn't around. A fight against Hatton isn't enough to judge how Pac would do against other great fighters. I suspect Pac might be great at 140 or 135, but it's very very tough to picture him beating Castillo, Corrales, KT etc just because he doesn't have the track record against guys of this size and strength. If he has a brilliant performance against Cotto or even if it's a long fight and he proves tough at the weight it will help put him in perspective against these guys.

He showed time and time again its far from average..world class but a tad overrated by some that seem to think its indestructible.

Castillo was stopped twice on cuts and once on his feet as a young featherweight..his chin is very good if not great.

    "very average" :-(

It'd be a cracking fight, but Pacquiao would overwhelm Castillo and stop JLC in the mid-late rounds. Castillo did outfight Floyd first time out, but that was a one-off. Floyd showed who was the greater fighter next time. When Castillo KO'd Corrales, he had a clear weight advantage on fightnight. When they both weighed in at 135, Chico stopped him. Chico is NEVER in a million years avoiding defeat against Pac at 135. Completely different level of fighter. Castillo was a very good fighter, but not on the level of Floyd or Pac. JLC would make a fight of it as he is tough, skilled and punches well to the body, but Pac's movement means he would be too hard to back up or pin down. Pacquiao would land more and ultimately break JLC down after a war.
