Taylor beat Hopkins and Pavlik knocked Taylor out cold, so we all know that if Hopkins ever fought pavlik then he wouldn't stand a chance.:hey

This will be a close fight and will go to the scorecards. Manny will get the nod a little wider than he should. Clottey will just not be active enough to get the decision.

A few things to take into consideration:

    - Clottey is no where near as relentless as Margarito. In fact he often gets accused of giving fights away in the later rounds.

    - He isn't half the body puncher Margarito is, so he's going to find it hard to slow Pacquiao down.

    - He doesn't carry the same amount of power that Margarito carried in the Cotto fight.

    Also...

    - Pac has far better stamina than Cotto. He doesn't have a tendancy to gas out late as Cotto does.

    - Pac's foot work is also superior to Cotto's. He will have less trouble getting in and out of range.

    - The combination of of Pacquiao's speed and power should be enough to deter Clottey.

So all in all, I don't believe this fight will be anything like Margarito and Cotto. Style wise, you have 4 completely different fighters.

Clottey will probably be like Cotto in the first few rounds(like 2)...The Cotto against Pac.:D When you say Clottey has a great defense, you don't say a Mayweather like defense. For me that only means Clottey will be harder to get knocked out early. The only way Clottey can win this fight is to stop getting lazy in the late rounds...And knowing Clottey, it ain't happening esp going up against Pac's workrate.
