Clottey is as credible as they come. He's a legit top tier ww contender who been in with the likes of Margarito, who he was schooling prior to his injury, Cotto, who many believe he defeated, and is a former titlist after his win over Judah.

Clottey is clearly a more legitimate opponent than Foreman and Malignaggi so there really shouldn't be any reason to criticize his selection as Pac's next opponent.

Clottey is one of those guys who, although he has L's on his record, you can't really say has ever been outclasssed or "owned". Margo and Cotto have both lost and been owned.

Tough fight, Clottey ****ed cotto, made him run and refused to engage the Ghanian since the early rounds. Therefore Clottey is more of a warrior than the running Rican and should have been fighting Pac not Cotto.

They canfight in APRIL as I had suggested. I know Mosley would not hesitate one bit to fight in April again against Pac.

Still, he's a better option and more intriguing than Clottey.

Excuse, hells yes, JMM has the style to beat Pac, and Pac knows he's gotten LUCKY twice. Remember, JMM fought Floyd, while Pac fought Hatton and Cotto. NO COMPARISON in quality. Atleast JMM had the balls to fight PBF.

PBF went out of his way many times to make the fight happen. Ducquiao obviously did not want to fight, or is using PEDs.

Nope second best thing is Pac vs JMM or Mosley.

Clottey is a B level fighter. The high end of the B, but B none the less.

Well, personally i think its not a bad fight at all.... but the fact is Bradley is the man Pac should be fighting if his opponents names arent mosley, mayweather or williams. Bradley said he would jump right in and be ready to fight in march at any weight and any demands. That is the guy that pac should be fighting.

As it has been discussed several times, because of the campaign and election, there is no possibility that the fight happens anywhere in May or April.

While I respect JMM very much but he has no business at 140-147 range. He is getting older. While beating him will finally put the whole 2 previous fights to rest, this will be like the Pac vs EM III, little to gain but beating up a guy 2 weight classes above his normal weight and much older JMM.

Berto or SMM vs Pac is not going to happen unless later this year.

    Why Clottey?

Because Floyd Sr. said he is tough as a rock.

Nice way to **** off the Mayweathers.

JMM is not happening. He became either stupid here or scared:

"Schaefer said Arum approached him on Thursday to discuss the possibility of making a third fight between Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez. But the discussions went nowhere because besides insisting on a 50-50 split, Marquez also asked for the same level of drug testing as Mayweather. Schaefer also said that while he had not spoken to Shane Mosley about a future fight with Pacquiao, it was likely that Mosley would also require blood testing before any fight with Pacquiao."
