Here this, not defending Pacquaio, he's definitely getting away with all he can with his status. Really wonder where this goes from here, if Pacquaio never agrees to stringent testing requirements then it will forever be a stain on his career.

If he's on something guessing he hopes they can invent something better in the near future? lol

It sucks because we really don't know him and CANNOT understand how he thinks. At least I can't, he is from a completely different country, has a shitload more money. He may value somethings more than I do and he may REALLY just be refusing the tests due to pride. Common sense tells me otherwise though.

Any possible negotiations with these two guys will depend 100% on what each do in March. Mayweather needs to pick his opponent very carefully because if Pac's fight blows his away, he is at a serious disadvantage going in to September. I really think Floyd will fight the winner of Mosley/Berto.

Clottey has two months to become the best he has ever been. He better hurry up.

JJM (above light weight), berto (who mosley is fighting), margarito (inactive, cheat)

isn't anything close to being the weakest link

Who ever is hatting this fight is a hatter. Probably why boxing is dieing. Looks like team pac is trying to do something good in a bad and stupid situation. Instead of giving pac his props, fans are down grading him. Clottey is one of those High risk low reward type of fights. Plenty of better plus easier fights out there for manny. Clottey is the type of fighter Floyd would never fight ina million years unless he's the only option, and even then he would probably retire rather then fight him. BTW if Mosley was available, he would be fighing pac right now.

Boxing fans shouldn't be so stressed. March 13 will still be great for boxing. Floyd fans and pac fans will be great. This is the best possible option with out a floyd/manny fight. in some way I think it will be ever better. With Floyd and pac getting payed some much everybody know the undercard would be the worst of all time. Now that there going head to head. pretty sure they both will step it up. Weather you like pac or floyd, both PPV would do great at an entertaining stand point. Stop being so ****ing negative and enjoy the good things of a bad situation. And hope both win so we can still see the fight in the future.

    - Mosley and Berto are fighting each other. Pac can't fight in May cuase of the election

    - Margarito is coming off a 1 year suspension and the most brutal beatdown of 2009.

    - Pac has already fought JMM twice when he was still in his prime and at his best weight. Now JMM is past his best weight and also coming off a lopsided loss. Clottey would actually be a HUGE favorite against JMM.

    - Pac tried to make the fight with Mayweather but they couldn't agree on terms.

So by picking Clottey, he is picking the best fight.

Really? I thought a Matthew Hatton fight was near done...

I'd guess Malignaggi or maybe Williams. After Paul was somewhat exposed against Martinez I think Mayweather may not fear him anymore. Best fight to take is Williams. For whatever reason he is regarded highly and does seem very vulnerable. Floyd will temporarily shut up the critics this way and imo will destroy Williams.

People say that but I don't think he was exposed at all. I've always seen his weaknesses. margo was hitting him almost at will late in their fight, Quintana boxed his ears off the 1st fight and TBH there were times Winky was kinda making his defense look amateurish and Winky has become extremely one dimensional and easy to figure out.

I agree, Floyd would UD him at 147lbs

Pac can fight in May he just chooses not to because he is choosing politics over boxing.

Easy fight to make. He's Arum's guy. He wants money. Will take about anything Pac offers.

I think it's actually a tough fight for Balcow.

If Pac is retiring from boxing because he wants to help his people by getting elected, then NOT fighting Mayweather is inconsistant and stupid.

He can help his people with $45 million dollars more than if he was a congress man.

It's not like there aren't any other elections. Very inconsistant.
