]....assuming Cotto gets by Clottey, this will be this years super-super fight

what ya'll think? and who would you favor?, who would you root for?

me personally, as people on here might know, Pac's my dude, i always root for him, but i'd have to root for Cotto in this 1, but all in all, i'd just want a great fight, and this one would be sure to deliver, cant wait for Cotto-Clottey, that will be a very important fight

well, even though i picked Pac to beat DLH and Hatton, i'm not confident that he'd do the same to Cotto at 147, infact i'd favor Cotto by war......but if the fights at a catchweight like i think it will be, then i may have to favor Pac's chances and say that Cotto will be the underdog in my book

Cotto has skills, power, speed, and size to give Pacman more then enough trouble...but that will all be effected by having to make 143

    tough pick for me

Clottey is a very, very live underdog. I am tipping Cotto but its almost a 60/40 fight imo. Hopefully this possibility spurs Cotto into training even harder, because his career path is resting on it.

Cotto is still one of my favorite fighters, I'd like to see him win and I think he can.

Tough fight to pick, but a lot depends on how Cotto performs against Clottey. Some of Cotto's weaknesses have been exposed and I am sure they can come up with a game plan to over come the fight, but if a determined Cotto shows up, like the one that is only determined at chopping to the body, it will be determined by who hurts whom first and takes them out of there.

    Back to topic..
This will most defo be the fight in Dec.
With Manny taking over the former big fight De La Hoya dates.

Should Cotto pass Clottey this fight will happen 100%.
That would be something to watch, Should it ever come to pass.
(If Cotto is the champion come dec, Expect Manny to make the full leap up to 147lbs.)

the 2000's featherweight's have changed the game..
No more pussies allowed in boxing.

yeah, i agree, Manny's making boxing look very good as the reigning P4P King, catchweight or not, i'll give him full credit and some for beating Cotto, expect no excuses from us Cotto fans if our man gets beat

and yeah, that FW 4 was probabbly one of the best set of 4 fighters in the same division i've seen ever, specially when you look at how they're doing even after leaving the division, it's very impressive to say the least
