Pacquiao Vs. Cotto "By Decemeber"....

    DLH was a 154 LB'er, and Pac was a 1-fight LW.....you think he was gonna jump 20lbs to fight Oscar? no it dont make sense

    i'm a Cotto fan too cuzz, but....Pac's the man right now, he has the authority, Cotto's not a chicken, if he wants to fight a WW, he will fight a WW, Pac's a 140lb'er now, so he will fight at a catchweight, you should be happy he's even giving him a catchweight (assuming that the fight is at one)

    Roach stated that Pac would only fight the Welters at a catchweight. Oscar had to drain himself to make the Welter limit and was past his prime. Roach isn't stupid.

    The point is that Pac has fought at WW limit before so it's not like he can't do it again.

    So Pac is a 140 lber now after one fight so he was 147 pounder after the DLH fight.

    Who should I be happy that Pac is giving Cotto a catchweight. It's not like Cotto is calling out Pac and has to make concessions. It's a fight that Arum is trying to put together.

    I am a fan of both fighters but I really don't want to see Cotto dehydrating himself to make weight. If they feel Cotto is too big then stay at 140 or go back to 135.

    but Cotto did call out the winner of Pac-Hatton, he did it after he beat Jennings, so he knows what he has to do as a fighter who aint in the drivers seat, and i'm with you but.......if Cotto gets him a REAL TRAINER, i have no doubt that he can be more effective at 143 then with that bum of an uncle he used to have, so have faith, this Cotto we're talking about, he by himself is a beast, imagine what he will be capable of with some brain in his corner, feel me?

    well said in the early rounds of the Judah fight he was wide open to the left and was hurt Zab who I don't think is as deadly as Pacquiao. Although if it were at 147lb Cotto would have an advantage. Also Sugar Shane said he wanted to fight the winner of Pac-Hat and Roach mentioned him as well in the post fight press conference.

    You want Floyd to fight the best?
    Or you want Arum to get all of his fighters to duck him?

    Arum can run, but he can't hide all of his fighters from Floyd, Shane and PW.

    Man, you know goddamn well you Cotto fans are better at making excuses than anyone. Although I don't think Cotto deserves this fight, I twould love to see him get his ass blasted by Pac.

    It would quiet 30% of this board.

    i think Cotto's half an inch taller, but Pacs got him on reach, let me check and make sure though:////...........................



    Cotto: 5'7 + 67" reach
    Pacman: 5'6.5 + 67" reach

    so realistically, there wont be any real difference outside of weight, there both about the same size, it'll come down to ability on this one
