Pacquiao vs Cotto or Mayweather vs Gatti????

Why should anyone believe you. You're closer to a **** poster then quality. Another know-it-all Mayweather fanboy who claims to be a boxer. Gee...never heard THAT ONE before.

I believe Cotto is a clearly better fighter than Corrales ever was, and I also believe that Pacquiao was giving away serious weight to Cotto on fightnight.

Those two factors = a better win.

 

Mosley was 38, 10 years past his prime, had been inactive for a long time, gassed after round 3, and looked **** in his next fight.

It was a very good win for Floyd, but not his best IMO.

 

Go for it, not like I'll watch it, nor will it make you any less a fanboy. :thumbsup

 

I rate it high because of how they hyped Mosley up before the fight and how Floyd decided to bully the strongest welterweight in the division. Cotto's win just has too many asterisks for me. Catchweight, and then he wasn't in his prime either. I think Manny's best win is Barrera I.

What difference does hype make? :huh That has no connection to the actual value of what was achieved in the ring. If you consider that when evaluating a win, you should really re-consider your criteria.

Mayweather's win over Mosley has far more asterisks than Pac-Cotto.

Cotto weighed ONE POUND less than he did in his previous fight, and Cotto was impressive in his next fight after Pacquiao.

The purpose of this post is to only address "Cotto being clearly better then Corrales ever was"

Corrales has done things that Cotto has never done. Like beating a champion for his title. And unify the titles. Also he was the winning side in what most consider the greatest fight of all time, with the greatest comeback of all time.

IMO, Corrales was a much better fighter at 130 then Cotto was at 140.

Oh and Corrales would never take a knee...never. He would die in that ring. Cotto doesn't have the heart Corrales had. Not many do.
