Floyd fought the weakest champion at 140.

Manny fought possibly the strongest at 147.

The beat down has to be based on the level of competition.

Pac did to Diaz what Floyd did to Gatti. That being said I wouldn't rate Diaz a better win for Pac than Cotto. Simply because the level of competition was much tougher with Cotto. Some of you guys' logic is down right pathetic on here. :patsch

Mayweather was more dominant but you have to take into account the calibre of opposition. As I said, Cotto was a far better fighter than Gatti, even when Arturo was at his peak and not the terribly shop-worn version Floyd beat.

I gave Cotto the first round vs Manny, but then again Cotto was a level higher than Gatti. Still, I'll rate Floyd's perfect all around performance. He didn't let Gatti into the fight for one second. Total domination. Manny on the other hand, he actually lets his opponents get into the fight just to make it more all out action and exciting to the fans, not always a good idea.

Floyd also landed 63% of his power shots. Gatti landed no more than 2 power shots in any round, (landed 10 power shots all night) after landing an average of 20 per round in his 5 previous fights. Floyd averaged 49 punches thrown per round and 28 landed before Gatti’s corner mercifully stopped fight in corner after 6th round.

Yeah you're right about that. Plus Pacman was moving up in weight.

Still though those quick left hooks and right hands were a work of art. I got to stay with PBF/Gatti and PBF/Corrales.

Ehh, I'd say he looked okay. Foreman was fighting with one leg far too long for me to say he looked good, Cotto of old would have taken him out long before he did. But I guess I can give people that for arguments sake.
