OR 157 catchweight for all I care, pac weighing around 148 would still easily school a chump like sturm, guy has little power and will get outboxed for 12 rounds, result: 9 division champion.

Yes, but noone outside of hardcore boxing circles knows who Felix Sturm is...much more likely that he'll fight Williams IF he decides to move up again. His last 2 fights will involve 2 of the following names...Shane Mosley, Andre Berto, Floyd Mayweather, Paul Williams.

Pac is making around 15 mil per fight so the fight has to be interesting enough to be able to make much more than that. But Pac would beat Sturm.

Poor Pacquiao. There's nothing he can't achieve no matter how difficult that won't make people bring up something even harder.

Besides money this is a serious legacy fight, he can easily beat sturm in my opinion, well maybe not easily but he would beat him. He can also get 80% of the money because sturm probably will take it on anyway. a bit of hbo hyping sturm up and that is a fight where he improves his legacy and makes about half, 2/3 of his usual pay. A lot of germans would tune in aswell and Euro's

Result: Pac puts a shut out performance against Sturm but lose a UD 115-113 in Germany :D

Plz be serious, to fight Sturm one has to go to his backyard. Sturm never forget what happened on the last time he went to the US to fight a smaller guy :-(

Sturm is a big hit in Germany, as long he is earning the bucks, he doesn't care about legacy or becoming unified champ or P4P material. He will always be P4P no1 (of Berlin)

I as actually thinking about this fight post Margo. No doubt the winner of Williams Martinez is more appealing (if PBF doesn't fight again that is) but A Sturm fight is much more comfortable if not all that exciting.

Watch put Andre Ward, Pacman is coming for you after lol

How much more money would he make though in the pac fight, He did got robbed against Oscar but what does he care after pac drops the title to fight lower he can still win it back agaisnt nobodies in Berlin, he did have his share of lcukky decision as well by the way, still think it is stupid you cant force him to fight williams for example or take away his bell.

I take martinez over pacquiao and agaisnt williams I belive pac must bring his A game and even then it would be so hard for him.
Sturm is an relatively easy win, comfortable 117-111 decision.

True, he would earn a career high pay day if he fight Pac. But if Sturm loses, he would be on the ground again fighting nobodies as a regular contender. As a "paperchamp" he could fight nobodies for years and build up little by little the money he would've earned by fighting Pac once. At least his career would last longer and on long term he would earn more fighting 20 nobodies, then when he fought Pac one time :good

His name recognition would go up, if he puts on a decent performance or even beats pacquiao he will become very popular and easily on of Europe's famous fighters.
I understand that he doesnt want to take the risk though, i must say it annoys me that he wont come out of his backyard but from his position it is a little bit understandable.

Fighting sturm sounds nuts. But a couple years ago, fighting De la Hoya and Hatton and Cotto and Margarito sounded insane...
