Come on then who'd take this? The fight would be at Featherweight with both at their best..

Would Manny overwhelm Hamed and be the only man to stop him? Would Naz time Manny and take him out with a big shot, if Hamed lands big Pacquiao goes to sleep that's for sure.

I would have loved to see Pac really kick Hamed ass.

    Pacquiao would knock him out.

Manny is pretty reckless and could walk into a shot, saying that Hamed never fought anyone with the power and intensity of Pacman.

I would cheer for that until I didn't have a voice.

He could, Hamed was a big puncher and Pacquiao could, as you say, get reckless. But it is not very likely is it? I mean, its not something that happened often. The guys that gave Pac the most problem was great boxers (Morales, Marquez), to slug it out with him usually meant suicide.

Hamed KO styles make fights and while Barrera was happy to sit on the backfoot and box conservatively an aggressive Manny would engage and pay for it.

Hamed actually was a set traooubg counter puncher who loved to exchange. He's a bigger puncher than Manny so any shoot out won't end well imo.

This. I've been saying this for years, Hamed was the way bigger puncher and he preferred guys who came to him and hed have an easier time with Pacqiauo than someone like MAB.

You could make the same point for Hamed

Manny's the better fighter, but Hamed has the style advantage.

Puncher vs Swarmer. The advantage usually goes to the puncher in this type of matchup.

It would be target practise for Hamed.

The fight depends on the time period for Pac. If it were at 122, Hamed would likely lay Manny out or win a ud. If it were on the tail end of Manny's time at 126, he likely wins a decision and batters hamed. Anywhere in between and it's a toss up.

Pacquiao absolutely all day long. You're talking two guys on completely different levels. Hamed was well promoted, scored some KO wins against undersized, past-it, or mediocre guys, fought his first elite fighter at his peak, and was promptly trounced.

Pacquiao is a legitimate all-time great, and was probably at his most ferocious at 126. We can argue about how many guys Pacquaio owns wins over who would have beaten Hamed, but the point remains the guy from the Phillipines was, is and always will be leagues above the obnoxious little fat man from Sheffield.
